Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lenifi LLC ("Lenifi", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Lenifi website and application process. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them. Funding itself is governed by a separate agreement you sign if you accept an offer.

Business purpose only

Lenifi products are available to businesses for business purposes only. They are not consumer credit, and nothing on this site is an offer of a consumer loan. You represent that any application you submit is on behalf of a business you are authorized to bind.

Nature of the product

A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables at a discount — it is not a loan. Pricing is expressed as a factor rate, not an interest rate or APR. Illustrative figures on this site (calculators, estimates, examples) are not offers; actual terms are determined by underwriting review.

Applications and credit inquiries

By submitting an application you authorize us to verify the information you provide and to obtain a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. If you accept an offer, you authorize a hard credit inquiry before funding.

Electronic signatures and records

You consent to receive documents electronically and to sign agreements using electronic signatures, which have the same effect as ink signatures.

Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit is true, complete, and current. Submitting falsified bank statements or misrepresenting ownership is grounds for denial, rescission of funding, and referral to authorities.

Communications

By providing your phone number and email you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails about your application and account, including via automated systems. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time; servicing communications continue while you have an active advance.

SMS / text messaging terms

If you opt in to text messages on our application form, Lenifi will send you SMS messages about your application status and account servicing at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for or receiving funding.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@lenifi.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our privacy policy for how we handle your mobile number and opt-in data. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The Lenifi name, logo, site content, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenifi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
