This policy explains what information Lenifi LLC ("Lenifi", "we", "us") collects when you use our website or apply for funding, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site, application flow, and client portal.

Information we collect

• Identity information — name, date of birth, government ID details, and Social Security number for business owners, used for identity verification and underwriting.
• Business information — legal name, EIN, entity type, address, industry, time in business, and ownership structure.
• Financial information — business bank statements, revenue figures, existing financing positions, and bank account details for funding and repayment.
• Usage information — device, browser, and interaction data collected when you use our site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to verify your identity and business, underwrite and price funding offers, fund and service advances, communicate with you about your application and account, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud.

Credit inquiries

Checking your rate uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry is made only if you accept an offer and proceed with funding, and we tell you before it happens.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Funding partners and capital providers involved in underwriting or purchasing your advance
• Credit bureaus and identity-verification services
• Service providers (banking, document processing, communications) bound by confidentiality obligations
• Authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, Lenifi will send you SMS messages about your application status and account servicing at the mobile number you provide. Consent is obtained through a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on our application form and is not a condition of applying for or receiving funding.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@lenifi.com.
• Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing is limited to the messaging platform providers and aggregators necessary to deliver the messages.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to sensitive fields such as SSN and EIN is restricted and logged. Our controls are audited under SOC 2.

Retention and deletion

We keep application and account records for as long as needed to service your account and meet legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us; we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site and limited analytics to understand how it is used. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on the application flow.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children

Our services are for businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
